my friend got banned

My friend, wolfstkler has gotten banned. He is my friend from school and we chat on the xbox so we communicate and play. So one day we were playing on a different server and once he logged in he got banned also he never signed up and just got the game like a few months ago and really doesn't know that much. All im saying is that he did nothing wrong unless one of the moderators banned him for idk what but i wanna know what happened to him so i can tell  him. Since he is new i explained what griefing is and about protection stones but he doesnt understand too much so i am wishing u guys are willing to tell me or unban him if you can thx
