Trusted players are not required, they are just players with more abilities. If nobody was trustworthy, helpful, or mature, then we would have no trusted players.

I think chip means that when mod apps reopen ALL of the trusted will apply

Okay, Xeadin, some *cough*MOST*cough* people have been waiting a long time for the moderator apps to be re-opened, so once it becomes open, of course there will be quite a few people sending in those apps.
