I was thinking a more remote area, you know some area no one has touched yet, including us

figured you'd want to have the city as a backdrop.  The area off of the highway is pretty empty to the south

I guess anything can work, I was just envisioning a remote location. Like one that takes a while to get to so you can get you hopes up on the ride down to the grounds.

On about November 15th, I'm going to try to introduce my NCO's & Officers to Stuttgart, to manage all these different districts.

Also, If I don't see any work done in Lehen ever since I was gone.
Mayor positions are up for grabs, just post your applications.

Igenerator, You have the full authority to do everything I can do. Except pass new reforms... You need to tell me about those first.
Aside from that if I don't see any work being done on any of these districts, the respective Mayors will be stripped of their responsibly(Which is currently matticus). Also, I'm sure my taxes have not been enforced.

When I return, I have some very big plans in the administration of Stuttgart. IF I can get a reliable staff.

When I return, I expect Taxes to be payed, A fully functioning army, and rapid improvements on the city's infrastructure, security and developments!

Those who have contributed to the city greatly will be exempted of taxes!
