Looks awesome, but I don't think the building would fit in that lot you selected.

I found this location for it however though, so it will now fit perfectly.

The Sovereign State of StuttgartŪ is glad to announce coming this fall there will be a place just for that. In a prime location just west of the downtown area in Stuttgart will become the home to one of the most groomed and precious parks in the entire world of Opticraft.
