Ban Appeal [Spyow7]

Hey guys.

I'm really sorry for what I did today. Someone had griefed through the wall, and I'd told them to get out over and over again, until I lost it. I was swearing add Lolar and I'm truly sorry. If my ban is not lifed, then how long am I banned for? I've been very ill today and can't really help it. Sorry again.
