Because you didn't take time to do it. If you want to be taken seriously then post an app that gives the reader the idea that you are mature enough to be given this responsibility instead of posting a few words on each section.

Don't take me for an asshole or anything, but if you really cared about becoming an Operator, you would make a good, serious application. If this is some sort of joke/troll, why woud you do it on such a serious subject? Thats just inconsiderate, and is a waste of time for the admins.
