Alright, heading into video game territory.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time -- Classics. Gerudo Valley, Song of Storms, Saria's Song
Zelda: Minish Cap -- It's a GBA song, so don't expect the highest sound quality. Cloud Tops
Zelda: Link to the Past -- Castle theme, Dark World theme
...That's enough Zelda for now. Moving on!

Megaman 5 -- Gravity man, specifically this remix
Total Annihilation -- all of it, but Warpath and Attack!!! are some of the best tracks. The best part: the music only plays when your units are in a conflict, making any skirmish an epic battle.
VVVVVV -- again, all of them.Positive Force, Pressure Cooker, and Pushing Onwards are some of the best.
Cave Story: I'm linking to the remastered versions from the + and 3D ports, but the originals are just as amazing. On to Bushlands, Plantaion/Title Screen, Last Battle
Super Mario Galaxy -- My brother actually bought the CD to this. Good Egg Galaxy, Gusty Gardens Galaxy, and the Final Bowser Battle

Yikes, I'm not even halfway through my favorites. I'll take mercy and stop here.
Oh, and Unholy_Gibbon, I call foul on the Gears tunes. They weren't made specifically for the games :P
The wisdom of a bumper sticker: "Do not Meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and good with ketchup"
