I don' t want to 're-open it. He won and is refusing to pay, that's against the trade rules.

Bids cannot be cancelled after the closing time, unless both parties agree to do so. I'm not agreeing.

Didn't Felix talk with you about it?  He told me I can back out of the trade since I didnt want it.  He told me he showed you examples of what he meant.  When I first bid, you got it locked and I planned to withdraw since I had no use for it.
