Title: Bug?

Hello, I was playing on the SMP server earlier today, and I saw that shears had no durability! Is this part of a plugin, or is it a possible bug? Thanks for reading.

had no durability? What do you mean? Like there is no bar under the shears icon? The bar doesnt appear on SP neither if you didnt use it.

The same with fishing rods as well I think.

I don't use shears that often, so you'll have to excuse my lack of knowledge.
But from what I know if you break a block such as wool, the durability won't be affected.
But things such as leaves and sheep shearing will affect it.

If the durability isn't going down for the last one, then there's a problem.
