I was wondering if someone was once banned but then got unbanned could they still get a trusted rank?

It's very un-likely to happen after a ban but it depends what you did to get banned.

Well a relative hacked my account and started griefing. 😞

Alec2435, I rememeber you helping me and bennhonho expand his area :-) Sorry that happened to you.  I griefed and got banned before I got Trusted too.
