First thing you said in public was that you were going to grief.  Some players told you that was against the rules.  Then you said it again.  That got my attention.  I teleported you back to the spawn to read the signs, and made sure you could see me standing there.  You walked right past me and said you couldn't read them.  I sent you a couple PM's and you just stood there.  Then you logged out.  I banned because, besides you needing an attitude adjustment, I wasn't about to sit around and wait to see if you were truly going to grief or not.  I will reset your ban so it expires in 1 minute from now.  I suggest you read the rules again and the next time a mod approaches you don't screw around, because we don't have the time for it.
