Title: How do u buy a house

I've been trying to buy a house it has a sign above it but if i right click on it nothing happens can someone help me out?

You can't buy a house by right clicking the sign, right clicking signs to buy things is only available in the market. You must contact the player trying to sell the house to buy it. Also, when you buy it, I recommend you make sure he has no protection stones in it, and add your own protection stones once you buy it.
