Sooo... my problem is back again... "connecting from a known proxy" :( i checked spam cop and i was listed again :I

If I were you I would get in touch with Spam Cop and find out;

1.  Who is reporting you
2.  What is being reported

And then ask them some suggestions to fix the problem.  Could be a virus on your PC that's sending mail from your E-Mail client.  Who knows?

1. spamcop has these "spam traps" akin to opti's grief traps which detected spam coming from my source
2. it is said that my IP has been sending spam in the last 24 hours

I've contacted them already about this problem and I've scanned my computer and i did find 2 viruses, I got them contained so I'm hoping that solves something

You know what the most effective way of removing viruses from your computer is? System Restore.

If you've recently acquired some sort of malicious program and you know when it happened, you can do a System Restore and it'll remove that virus to the point before you even had visited the place where you had gone to acquire it.

Of course, System Restore restores your computer's memory to that point as well, so anything that you had prior to the current point to the restore point will be erased unless you back it up or if you reacquire it.

Have to wait for spamcop to delist you. You should really make sure no other computers in your household have viruses as well.

Macs, from what I know is, their software is like a box that opens and closes in your use. They can't get viruses.

Macs CAN get viruses, just like a pc, and there are quite a few out there now.

As far as scanning them for virus - I don't know, google is your friend.

I would (and have) done a complete clean install just to be sure.

if you're not currently listed on spamcop, you should be allowed to enter the server.
