Thats what it says before you donate, also its a DONATION, IE Something that is given in charity, you didnt "buy" mob disguises. You donated, and were rewarded with a perk

Maybe you shouldn't have done whatever you had done that got you banned and you would not have been put into the spotlight.

You should blame yourself for your own actions.
