Title: Catch the Rare Soviet Opticraft!

Yo guys, here's the thread for if you happen across the rare soviet Opticraft icon.

If you do get a screenshot, make sure to include the icon and your username on the right (just to prove that you saw it).

Meh lol, not too rare, Ive seen it a few times here and there. Also I see you're researching stars and rational exponents.......you appear smart... BUT! You are using IE, so that makes it seem like you're not too smart :P

Haha, the only reason I use IE is because it's a work computer, and they don't want any other browsers.
Apparently, it has a 1/1500 chance of appearing, or something like that. I've still gotten better, like a shiny Darkrai at a chance of 1/8,192. Only super awesome people will get that. :P

If it has a 1/1500 chance of appearing, why do I get it every 30 times I refresh the page?
