Title: [dedlymagik] Victino ban appeal

    Victino was banned in June for x-raying in April. In these two months he has grown much more mature and even got trusted. He hangs out on mumble with us and sounds very cool. I and many others would like to see him back on the server, and I hope this would be considered and please give him a final chance. He has invested much time in this server and made it a better place.
P.s.I asked Victino for allowance to post this.

On top of xraying, he has also been banned for killing a player, and he was banned by a grief trap.

Yes I know that, but he was trusted after TWO bans and I think that is a huge accomplishment. I think he should get ONE more chance.

Ya, we said that after his 2 bans on the 1.8 server and his 2 bans here. I think he has had enough chances.

Victino's second ban was a mistake so it should only be 2 bans. ;D

You dont understand, he has a total of four bans. Two from the 1.8 server, and two from this server. I dont see any chance of him getting unbanned.

Mistake or not, it was pretty clear that grieftraps should not be messed with.

Even if it was an 'accident,' he still has 4 bans in total. X-raying after gaining Trusted back is a slap in the face for us. I'm surprised he even had the guts to break server rules a fourth time as a Trusted user, first of all.

I believe in second chances, but a third chance may not be forthcoming. Oh wait, he did have a third chance... and he blew it.

Xeadin.. "I'm surprised he even had the guts to break server rules a fourth time as a Trusted user" He didn't. Yes he got banned while he WAS trusted, but the x-raying happened before he was trusted. The X-ray was detected 2 months late..

He had 4 chances and ruined them all. So no, he is not getting unbanned. Locked.
