To get to the end, you need to go through the end portal.

I always do /home xdeekay. It works.

Because of that home enderdragon spawning has been stopped.... Hahahha

i placed a sethome, on the end of deekays, bridge ;)
/home kascas end

yea i never seen one end portal yet i always spawn on friends homes to get to the end

or you can do /home alduin777 to get on the island it is right there ;)
