Title: I cant do anything in chat :(

when i type something in chat, it says '' Cannot send chat message''   
i couldnt go or talk :(
i tried logging on and off but it wouldnt work :(
help plz??  :( :( :(

sorry about that! i had my chat settings set to Commands Only! So sorry!!!
