Title: Looking for someone who can edit photos/Photoshopping

But there is a problem i am afraid that the image cannot pass the copyright etc etc.
So are there any people who can help me out to edit this image so it can like go through the screencap?
It's about this picture. Ofcourse the reward can be talkable.
Yea something like the copyright thing away, But then a few minor changes that is like not the original!

I would do this but its kinda late for me so if no-one has done this illegal* task so far I'll be happy to try it.

Im sure its against some copyright law to do this,

This one is just from googling Joker card, don't think there's a copyright on this really right? I mean, the card company apparently also just used it...

The problem is, as i described in a thread to chief, as soon as you create something (this image) it is automatically protected by copyright.

On the other hand, copyrights like these are infringed upon on almost a daily basis because private uses of these image are not severe enough for the copyright holder to go after an individual who is using his image.
