Title: The /help command.

Well, I just noticed this a couple of days ago, but the /help isn't working. It says:
I'm sorry, but you do not have permission to use this command.

Is it possibly bugged?

Yep its bugged for trusted and below,

Mr Optical has looked into it from what I've heard but so far appears to be unsuccessful
