Title: Slimes

I have a slimefarm and slimes spawn in it every once in a while, but why dont they spawn always?

You have to light up all caves within the 50 blocks or something , everything on ground , and make mutiple floors every lay 4 high start at 5 and end at 40

hoow do you tell if you have a slimechunk in the exact 16x16
