Title: Failed to login: Unknown host.

What does this mean?: Java.NetUnknownHostException: session.minecraft.net.

I get this message everytime I try to get on the server...

It might be when the login servers for minecraft are offline, not too sure. Is this preventing you from getting on the server always or every now again?

I was on about an hour ago, I disconnected myself and went on singleplayer then when I tried to get back on that message came up.

hey... I am getting this error.. not related to the above but still an error "can't resolve hostname"

new to server, will check in later to see if it is back up... look forward to playing on Opticraft

That happened to me when I first tried to log in today.  I entered the Ip using "Direct Connect" then it worked. So try that.

hey thanks man... i actually had copied/pasted the IP from the main website before and thinking it might be funky just deleted and typed it myself.. now I am able to getting a different error!  Yes!  Progress...

I am still poking around trying to figure it out.. but I will get on eventually ;)

Bad login means that you need to log onto the launcher again.

Been at school all day so I haven't had time to get on. Try again in about ten minutes.
