Title: Whispering?

I can't talk in the server. I have no clue why, but all of a sudden, whenever I type a message, the server chat says "No one hears you." I have no clue why this is, can anyone help?

You are in local, type /ch g. That will put you in global. Also, to whisper, type /whipser <playername> <message>.
