Title: Speak on Opticraft

/ch g - global channel (everyone on both worlds can here you) COLOR IS GREEN

/ch l - local channel (anyone within a certain distance can hear you, i think 300m) COLOR IS YELLOW

/ch t - trade channel (only if you are buying, selling, etc., everyone on both worlds can hear you) COLOR IS PURPLE

/ch s - staff channel (moderators+ only, dont worry about it) COLOR IS BLACK

You probably mean everyone can hear you that is on the server in both worlds in all dimensions ( nether + the end )
also why is the /near command to people that is 250m away and local for 300m ..
i saw a moderator helping at someone but i did /near and didnt see anyone
