Title: City of Snow Valley! Second city of Mayor Troll278

   Building a brand new city in the member world. Snowy plains enviorment. Added Street lights, decor, and roads have been established. Population:3 and a total of two houses! Alot of brand new plots up for grabs. Hoping to get city protection in the future for my projects i have planned! /home troll278 :)
