I copied that straight off of the minecraft start page and removed the additions to make it easier to screen shot but their at the bottom. THe very last thing read it and weep.

Morrison, the removed herobrine thing is a joke since 1.7. They add that to the end of every major patch.

At a distance like that the name plate is invisible without crouching. That is why "HEROBRINE" is so far away.

If you go read some actual mojang threads they say Herobrine was started by some minecraft fans. That he has never actually existed (as a mojang build) and if you search your bin for the .png for it it isn't there. This is a hoax.

The first is an obvious fake :l
I mean, look at the gaps between the arms and the body. I mean, look at the 3rd (Oops, not this one) picture, nobody has any room between their arms and body.

The second one is too dark to tell to be honest, but from what I can see, it does appear to be a player with a steve skin (Everyone had one for a while because of the server downage) crouching.

Freaking out over some aspect of a game... like a bunch of other people. Is it really going to garner the attention you're looking for? Probably not...

To me this looks like a steve skin crouching to prevent the showing of name above head and distance affect adds to the illusion.

Xeadin I know I just want to try an prove that it doesn't actually exist and I'm done after this post.

It's just a creepypasta, like Slender Man, but for Minecraft. Don't worry about any type of hoax, trick, or shout-outs of him; because the people who make them up usually don't make them very good. Yes, I'm being too serious here >.>

I know Henz's one isn't photoshop. Trust me, i can tell from the pixels.

Well, I don't think this is true. I checked /seen herobrine and it said player not found, so how could he be on it?! -_-
Secondly, why did you block the names in local? Something is hidden then. I think this is a fake and people can have the same skin you know -_-
And I just think its fake and stupid.

Well if you search online you will find that there is no code for an entity that acts like Herobrine in any way. The people who have managed to make sense of Notch's decompiled, obfuscated, code have found out Herobrine isn't programmed into the game.

Indeed. I believe the discussion is over, pretty much everyone has highlighted that the pics are fake and herobrine doesn't exist and you can't really expand on that.
