Title: Not a Member in the SMP server

SMP username is the same as forum username

Regardless of what I type I get the same error: "cannot send chat message"

Hmm, thats odd. Everyone should be able to use /rules. And I've never seen it say that before.  That's exactly what it says?

/Rules was broken, it may still be.
Type /ch g for global chat, reply back here if it's still not working.
