I am kicked from the server for a reason that i dont understand and never saw on any server :
Block breaking out of sync! What does that mean? i dont know what sync is

I believe it means you are breaking blocks too fast, a high efficiency pickaxe or a even a hacked client I presume.

It was obiously not a hacked client , It was just my effiency IV pickaxe with the lag that was all day

This is the correct answer. With lag and a high Effeciency tool, it is pretty likely you will be banned for "breaking blocks out of sync"

I have also found that sometimes /back kicked me for "moved too fast" which can be resolved by using /return instead. Also not glitchy like /back

Yea when a player tps a short distance you can see them fly if youre not getting client lag but are alittle serverside. So nvr use /back
