It's dirt, stone and water.
If this sells for $120K I'll start building a bunch of them.

       I'm sorry but it's not too impressive, like quattro92 said, it's only some dirt,stone,and water. I would bid 10k for it at most because im low on funds and currently building a town wcich cost lots of money and financial support, i'm sorry man.
