Title: Leaves Dripping??

Hey Guys i was walking in a forest and i saw that the leaves were dripping ???
i dont know what it is, is it optifine??? is it apart of an update??

This is part of minecraft, it is called particles

Water now drips through leaves, due to the 1.3 update. Just a little pointer.  ;)
