I was banned a week ago

I read the thing and it said I could come back after 10:35pm on the 4th of february, but I can't log in....

man oh man would I sure like to play on the best server ever     :-\

You will be unbanned the exact second you were banned, seven days later. You will be unbanned in about an hour or so I believe. Regardless, you will be unbanned very soon.

Go with about 15 minutes. And count yourself lucky that it wasn't permanent.
