Title: Selling Witch Hut

Selling a witch hut in the new guestworld. Does not come with a /home. I could add a lapis ps for 7k but please say w/ps in your bid. You can see the hut at my /home spawner.

Starting Price: 10k
Bid Increase: 1k
End Time: 8:00PM CST (GMT-6) on March 30th. Or 72 hours(3 days) after the last bid. Whichever comes first.
Buyout: 35k

Edit: reduced buyout price, I realize witch huts have dropped in value quite a bit since their release.
