well, 1st off, can a staff move this to support?

also, you need to have a MineCraft account, which you can get on www.minecraft.net (http://www.minecraft.net)

You shouldn't automatically assume he doesn't have a premium Minecraft account. How about asking him what exactly he needs help with?

Hello welcome to Opticraft, if you need help then why not look at the support section or if your making an introduction theres a section for that too, anyway; welcome!  ;)

If you need things to help you start off in-game, then:
1st become a member on the forums, it will give you some additional things
to your starter pack
2nd if you need things like carrots and potatoes, seeds, etc. you can come to
me ingame and i can give you some
