Title: Forum Suggestion

As we all know, many topics can be locked, which prohibits anyone from posting in locked post. Since there locked people can still see them, which mostly is no problem. But posts can get a tad spammy or misused. Would the power of deleting posts be nessicary?

Generally we only delete posts if they break any of these rules:

       I think maybe there should be a short like 12 hr warning before something i locked, that way, maybe they can post something that will vary a staff member's opinion and they wont close it.
