Title: Dogwell's Mansion For Sale!!

Selling my mansion because i have taken on more hours at work and not able to play very often anymore and think other people should have the chance to make it look awesome!

It would be stupid to just sell the Mansion and not the whole town so yes the town comes with it! :)

Hard to say since I'm bad with money lol, just wondering. Not sure if i'll buy it since I have a project on hold that I still don't have much time to work on :P. Is $50,000 low?

You are ought to remove your statue upon selling it, IMO.
