Title: New Recruit world?

Hey i was just wondering if a new recruit world can be built. As of now all the other recruit worlds are full of project made by other people making hard for any recruits finding a place to build. I am trying to get the builder rank and its really hard without having the room to build, im sure other recruits feel the same way. I have tons of new projects i want to work on, its just no space to work on them atm. D: All im saying is can a new recruit world be made?:D

Err... What?
There are usually barely griefers in Recruit worlds, so you most likely don't have to be in pressure with griefers in recruit worlds.

There are usually barely griefers in Recruit worlds, so you most likely don't have to be in pressure with griefers in recruit worlds.
