describe all your creations: i made an lava glass thingi (recruit 9 i think), a hotel (recruit 10), a bar (recruit 10), some randome stuff (recruit 11), a church (recruit 13) and BP (the black pearl) (recruit 13)

Rejected. you have many buildings, but none of them are of builder quality. seeing as this is your 7th app, you should take a month break from trying again, build one great building meanwhile.

Yes, yes it has been raised-- and with good reason. Not only do we need to control the flow of new Builders on this server, but also the flow of Operators as well.
