I am sorry but you must wait at least 3 days after becoming a recruit to apply for builder, and those two builds will not get you ranked up. Try to build a couple more things, and retry.

What BMWGT3 said about waiting 3 days. Also, there builds are not enough for a promotion. Take a look at the accepted builders to see what kind of quality we are looking for.
