Please do not double post..
Anyway to make pictures show up, first you must take a screenshot by pressing Print Screen.
Next, bring up an image-editing program such as MS Paint. Press Ctrl+V and save it as the name you want.
Now you find an image-uploading site such as Photobucket/Iaza (iaza deletes files after a period of time) and upload it. Next, right click the image and select properties, and copy the URL.

Now paste it into

[img] insert URL here [/img]
and you're done
