Title: /home issue

Personally, my vote is to atleast half the cooldown, and make no cooldown for visiting somebodies house. I get that it can be used to cheat (Warp out of combat), but once your home, your safe anyway, so no point making mega cooldowns.

So you can't just use /home when you're about to die all the time.
