Title: How do you become an operator?

I've seen more and more ops as I've gone on the server and I've been wondering, do you apply or something? Do you have to be trusted? Or are you randomly picked?

Because I'd love to be one, as I've said before in classic, I want to help people as much as I can, no matter what you say.

I also want to become an op to make my house better and for water, but that's a different story.
Why am I talking like this is an operator app right now..

I'm just asking, don't go 'UR NOT GONNA GET AN OP POSITON CUZ U ASKD!!!111!!' on me. I just wanted to know.

Aww, well, okay then.
Can 'guests' become ops, then, or should I ask an admin on the server?
