Can we please make the server anouncements in red text?

the multicolour is to make it stand out and (hopefully) make everyone read how to use locks and check the rules etc

I like the [Notice] to be red and the thing it's saying yellow, it looks nice.

Or just one "Type /tips for game tips" that is in red so that it will not be too distracting?

woops, sorry i wanted the important server news in a colored text to stand out. especially when it announces we have 1 min b4 server restarts
