Can anyone tell me how to get a picture for my profile and how to make a signature please, thanks!

Signatures: You can make one in Photoshop.
Picture: You cna shoose whatever you want and to add it, in your profile. It needs to be limited according to the requirements..

The pixels that are accepted. You can find them under the picture gap that exist in your profile..
