At that point, I'd be sweatin' (literally!)... It's hard to keep track of even 200 players, but 400 is pushing it too far... :-\

Post by: DeeKay on December 30, 2011, 06:20:43 am: I doubt we will hit 1024 soon (because of all the minecraft.net issues and what not) but 400 is possible. We've hit our limit many times before, but boy was it hectic!
Lets just hope we have a good amount of ops online when we do.

upon me looking at the max players on the classic list a week ago i saw opticraft's max players was 300 and the largest amount on any server was 1024,

this suggests that opti is being clever and making opticraft the best once again.

i have only been on for brief moments due to Wom and most of the time, The ops are on smp rather then classic...

Sure smp is fun But classic is our biggest contributor to our grouth... Classic feeds SMP!

One can only guess... mayhem and a lot of disconnections because of all the lag that would cause... :-\

Probably because of the tidal wave of op apps we had. Recruiting MORE ops wont fix the problem.
