Hey i'm pretty new but I am loving this server atone and I was just wondering what are the time zones for the operators cause I haven't seen any on at all.... :-\

There are 3 SMP operators, 1 admin, and 1 owner, they arent on all the time, they have to do other things.

There should be plenty of moderators on to help you with whatever you need. What timezone are you in?
