 He was not as of last night. I saw his build and would have promoted him, but he was afk and I would not have been able to explain what that means to him.

Its a pretty boss build. I was telling all the OPs why he wasnt promoted yet. I think some felt it was not enough but honestly my promotion build cant even top this (despite its epicness in simplicity).
