Well with the really poor policy (IMO) of not refunding items (Nick I lost that pick again this time to some guy who killed me with gravel) I decided I would make a suggestion.
While looking through world guard a while back I noticed it had the option to turn Gravel and Sand Gravity off so they function like every other block in the game, I personally think this would be a good idea when it comes too those pesky people stealing our stuff.
-
From what I think I remember hearing, or reading they are looking into disabling the suffocation damage from sand and gravel.
-
no need for turning of gravity, but turning off suffocation damage would be good :)

I have 4 weeks ban time because i killed a sandkiller(Now 3weeks)Maybe is this possible just ask TieGuy(if i spelled right?)He can maybe design plugin for it.....

I think he only does Classic plugins, and err, theres already a plugin for it, I think it could even be part of perm's / essentials

on www.bashcraf.com are very good (Minecraft)plugin designers ask them i think they will do.They are nice and calm. But i think that the opticraft team want to design it self

That is the only policy we can use. We don't know what items you lost, therefore someone could just lie to us to get good items. That is why that policy is in place.

I understand that Nick, it just seems I dunno unfair that they can get away with stuff like that.

I don't know anything for this nick... Maybe create a kill logger plugin for the future that counts all the items when a player die?
(Fixed a broken quote)

Either way turning off the gravity on these objects could be a temporary fix until the plugin is installed its easily turned off and on

Intentionally killing someone with gravel or sand is punishable last time i checked ^^
-
Well atleast i wont die anymore, Thats a relief.

That may be the case but that doesn't stop people from doing it.

how about the plugin that doesnt drop your items when you die? you just re-spawn with them?

That would just ruin the game.

That would defeat the purpose of trying not to die.

That it would, but it would shut 'em up. For me, if i get killed then that's it, I'm dead.
