Title: Opticorp estates first mansion (for sale)

8 bedrooms
5 baths
18 doublechests
Enchanting room with all 30 bookcases
fully customizable

Starting bid is $150,000 but the house is worth much more than that!

That all boils down to the price of labor my friend! Honestly I think that house is a bit pricey but then again I'm not bidding :P
