Unless given special permission from an admin to apply.  

Also, you can do /whois <name> to find out your join date.

Did you get permission from an Admin? Last I checked, you had to have it if applying as a Recruit.

I think it's very short, and you need to be a builder to apply. But I wish you good luck! ;)

I think thats his birthdate
14/1/2 which could be y/m/d

He was born in 1914 or will be born in 2014
