At the moment, the people voting have got pretty much ALL THE SAME AMOUNT OF VOTES!!!
At this rate, like everyone will be awarded !!!
How do you guys plan to sort this out???

There's 31 days in march, people might forget for a day or a few hours, might be busy in the day, school and work can also affect it mostly for the 12 hour one. It was the same for february and will be the same for every other month.

People wont have the same votes at the end of the month, calm down...
Most people tend to miss a vote or vote at a time when they can't vote in 12 hrs
